OUR GOAL

Is to grow as a club that is welcoming, inclusive and focused on benefiting our community by developing and building our players confidence, through mentoring and encouraging our players to achieve their best, both on and off the field.

 

Located in Clyde North, Clyde Stallions F.C. is a local soccer club created by families for families, and our goal is to foster a great community of parents and players. With our experienced coaches and dedicated players, we strive to provide a fun and competitive environment for everyone to enjoy.

Crispin Gomez

Club President/Coach

Immigrated to Melbourne, Australia from India in 1987. Sport has always been a huge part of his life and is still his passion.A VUT graduate with a bachelor degree in science (Biomedical). Crispin has worked in the manufacturing industry his entire career with a focus on Quality Management. A father of 3 wonderful kids, a dog and a cat. Supports Liverpool in the EPL and loves to play golf.

Wendy Gomez

Secretary

Born and raised in the south east suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. Her parents are immigrants from the Islands of Mauritius and Rodriguez. Wendy has extensive experience in Project Management, Contract Management and Administration with positions held in the Councils of Casey and Port Phillip. And most importantly, a mother of 3 wonderful kids, a dog and a cat.

Vice President

Was born in India and moved to Australia in 2016, living in the south east suburbs of Melbourne for most of my time since we moved to AU. Playing and being involved in community sport has been a passion since I was young. Currently working as an IT Business systems consultant in Australian Gas Network industry, and is one of the Clyde Stallions Coaches.

Luvkush Latchan

Treasurer

Originally from Fiji, I moved to Australia in 1997 to complete my education and have since become a senior IT leader in the healthcare sector. Passionate about leveraging technology to help others, I’ve also immersed myself in community sports, coaching the under-11s and serving as club treasurer since 2023. My journey reflects a dedication to technological advancement and community involvement.

We're taking expressions of interest for coaching roles for our growing club in 2025. If you'd like to register your interest, please give our club president Crispin Gomez a call!

  • What age groups do you cater to?
    U7's all the way to U16's!
  • What days do you train, and what days are the matches?
    U7's-U9's train Wednesday nights. U10's and above train Tuesday and Thursday nights. All matches are weekends, most often on a Sunday. Any changes to match days will always be alerted to from coaches previous to the game.
  • What do the registration fees include?
    Our registrations fees are some of the most competitive and affordable across Victoria! Registration includes and covers in entirety insurance, coaching, uniforms, FV & FFA Fees!
  • How does the club communicate important information to players and parents?
    Through a personal verified group chat to ensure only parents/ guardians of the players are present and have access to sensitive information.
  • Are there opportunities for parent involvement or volunteer roles?
    Always! Feel free to reach out to us via our contact page or give us a call below!
  • Are there any club events or social activities throughout the year?
    Yes! Throughout the year we host sausage sizzles, coffee vans for game days, presentation days and much more!
